چکیده
Textile industry is one of the most polluting industries due to large quantities dyeing wastewater it generates and discharges. Herein, we report an eco-friendly sustainable circular coloration technology based on cationic polyelectrolyte complex realise salt-free, zero-effluent-discharge for cotton fabrics with a recyclable dyebath by using typical polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB) bonded anionic dyes. The were first treated PHMB then dyed three commercial acid Colour measurements show that colour strength controllable adjustment concentrations both dyebath. fabric samples found have good/excellent levelness (<0.49), fastness (Grade 3–5) was basically satisfactory acceptable. proved be occurring at room temperature, which greatly reduces consumption water heat energy textile dyeing. Meanwhile, showed antimicrobial activity, particularly gram-positive S. aureus, may help reduce healthcare-associated infections transmit through textiles. These results suggest polyelectrolyte-based could provide promising practicable strategy address pollution issue caused generated in process industry.

Newfangled vinylsulfone (VS) based fiberreactive dyes were synthesized and applied to mill desized, bleached and mercerized textile fabric (100% cotton). Padthermosol dyeing method was utilized due to less hazardous environmental affects and high dye fixation to optimize dyeing quality parameters i.e. salt concentration, pH, dyeing time and dyeing temperature. The pretreated and dyed cotton fab...
متن کاملA Comparative Study on Dyeing of Cotton and Silk Fabric Using Madder as a Natural Dye
Madder is considered the queen of the reds which is one of the oldest used natural dyes. In this study, madder was applied to cotton and silk fabrics by using mordants in various ways to investigate the coloring effects. Alum and copper sulphate were used as mordants not only before and after dyeing process but also during the process. The aqueous extract of the dye was applied on the scoured c...
متن کاملSeparation Of Dyes From Cotton Dyeing Effluent Using Cationic Polyelectrolytes
The separation of reactive, sulfur, and vat dyes from cotton dyeing effluent was investigated by a coagulation process using a cationic polymer electrolyte (PE). The coagulation of dyes was found to be considerably influenced by the amount of added PE and pH of the effluent. High degree of separation, (i.e.-90-99%) could be achieved for all the dyes. The secondary treatment of the PE treated (p...
